Vibrant pale yellow in appearance with strong aromas of apricot, peach, ripe yellow plums, honey, clover, cloves and, as it develops, minerals. A very compact and smooth wine that is great fun on the palate and very rewarding.
Alcohol by volume: 13%, serving temperature: 10–12°C.
