1 organic lemon
1 organic lime
350 g fresh strawberries
6 cl Licor 43
2 cl strawberry syrup
800 ml Spanish rosé wine
1 sprig of rosemary
ice cubes
Instructions
Wash all fruit, clean strawberries. Cut lemon and lime lengthwise into halves and cut halves into slices, cut strawberries into halves or quarters depending on size. Put sprig of rosemary and fruit along with Licor 43, strawberry syrup and half of the wine into a carafe, cover and cool for 12 hours. Prior to drinking remove the sprig of rosemary, pour in remaining wine and serve the sangría in the carafe with plenty of ice.
Tip: If you add Cava Rosado (Spanish rosé sparkling wine) instead of rosé wine to the fruit, you’ll get a sparkling Spanish punch.
