Muesli
ingredients
Quantities for one portion for a 5-12 months aged baby
For one portion:
200 ml Full fat milk (3.5% fat)
30 g Porridge oats
20 g Fresh seasonal fruit
preparation
1.) Fill the milk in a Steam Container. Stir the porridge oats into it and warm at 100°C for 1 minute.
2.) Let the muesli cool down.
3.) Wash and prepare fruit. Stir into the porridge.
Suitable seasonal fruit are apples, pears, nectarines or apricots. Add fresh fruit. As an alternative you can also use Vitamin C rich juice such as orange juice instead of fresh seasonal fruit.
