750g braising steak
500g onions
50g butter or margarine
salt and pepper
sweet paprika
hot rose paprika
1 tablespoon tomato purée
3 tablespoons flour
750ml beef stock or water

preparation
1. Chop the braising steak into 2cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onions.

2. Put all the ingredients (except the stock or water) into an oven dish, season well and dust with flour.

3. Cook in the oven. After 50 minutes of the cooking time add the 750ml beef stock or water and stir well. Once cooked, taste and adjust the seasoning.
