8 rooster potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced on the mandolin 50g butter 2 large onions, peeled and sliced into thin wedges 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves 200ml chicken stock Salt and pepper
1. Melt the butter in a pan on the induction hob. 2. Gently fry the onion, garlic and thyme together until soft. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the solid steam tray, then the onion mixture, finishing with potato. 4. Pour over chicken stock. 5. Select 100% steam on the steam oven and cook for 15 minutes.
