White chilli-chocolate cream

200g whipped cream (35% fat)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
60g white chocolate
chilli flakes to sprinkle

preparation
1. Heat the whipped cream and cayenne pepper. Chop the chocolate and stir it into the mixture so that it melts. Leave to cool then place in the fridge.
2. Before serving, whip up the cream using the whisk attachment of the hand-held mixer. Plate up and sprinkle with chilli flakes.
